Where do the leads come from?
Public property records, permit history and recent aerial photos help us find roofs that are due. We then contact the homeowner and only pass along the ones who want a quote.
Is it really free to start?
Yes. The first three leads cost nothing and there's nothing to sign. If they're not useful, just tell us.
What if the homeowner doesn't pick up?
Let us know and we'll replace the lead.
Do you deal with insurance claims?
No. We never talk to homeowners about insurance or claims, only about the condition of their roof.
