Ready Homeowners is a small, independent operation — and you'll deal with me directly.

I built the data pipeline myself. It reads public property and inspection records, checks each roof against recent aerial imagery, and filters out anything already repaired. There's no call center and no sales team.

We're live in Chicago and opening new metros through 2027. If you work somewhere we haven't reached yet, tell me where and I'll let you know when it's ready.

Straight answers.

Where does the data come from?: Public records — county assessor files, municipal permits and code-enforcement inspections — combined with government aerial imagery. You can verify any lead we send you.
Do you handle insurance claims or storm damage?: No, deliberately. We never advise a homeowner to file a claim or mention deductibles. Every lead is about the physical condition of the property.
What if the homeowner doesn't respond?: Tell us and we replace the lead free. That's the point of asking them first.
Do I have to sign anything?: No. Email or call, tell us your service area, and the first lead goes out the same week.
